Roberto Turchetto is Tax Partner in Boscolo & Partners Romania. Working with clients of different industries and of varying sizes, both domestic and international, has given the opportunity to gain a wide experience, in line with his studies and specialization. He joined Boscolo & Partners Romania in 1994.
Roberto Turchetto obtained in 1992 the Bachelor Degree of Economics at the University of Trieste, Italy. He has studied also for one year International law at LUISS University in Rome, Italy, and International tax planning at the Bocconi University of Milan (short master).
Roberto has experience in domestic and international corporate tax consultancy assignments as well as in VAT tasks and personal taxation. He is specialized in tax due diligence assignments.
He is also a member of the “Romanian and Italian Chamber of Auditors” and of the “Organization of Certified Chartered Accountants”. His deep knowledge of Romanian tax and company legislation is supported by his participation in several conferences, with foreign direct investments in Romania as a main subject.
Roberto's language skills include Italian as mother tongue, as well as English and Romanian at fluent level.
Roberto Falato is currently an Audit Partner in B&P Romania. He joined Boscolo & Partners as Tax Advisor. He is in charge on a broad range of taxation matters, assisting different sized clients in several business and industrial activities, both at domestic and international level. In 2011, he was appointed as Partner in charge of the Audit Department within Boscolo & Partners.
Roberto obtained in 1994 the Bachelor Degree of Economics at the University of Udine, Italy. He also improved his tax expertise attending several Grant Thornton courses (Transfer Price, VAT, Expatriates) and Masters (Tax planning at the Bocconi University of Milan).
Focusing on small and medium businesses, his proficiency covers corporate tax, indirect tax, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning as well as advising individual clients on “tailor-made” tax planning strategies. Roberto is Chartered Accountant, a Tax Adviser and Auditor in Italy and he is currently acquiring the United States CPA qualification.
He has built up a strong background in tax advice; he constantly pays attention to guarantee to every client through audit activities a real add value in business, considering he believes audits should provide for real a platform for good advice.
Mauro Marchetto is currently a Tax Partner in Boscolo & Partners Romania. He is in charge of fiscal and company consulting and of SMEs support, with his specific expertise in compiling budgets, business plans, financial statement analyses, as well as annual and consolidated financial statements. He is a partner within B&P since 1992.
Mauro Marchetto obtained in 1988 the Bachelor Degree of Economics at the University of Trieste, Italy. He is a chartered accountant since 1991, with a specialization in Management control from the IPSOA Institute of Milan (short master).
Mauro has experience in domestic and international corporate tax consultancy assignments, as well as in VAT tasks and personal taxation.
He is also a member of the “Romanian and Italian Chamber of Auditors” and of the “Organization of Certified Chartered Accountants”. He is court-appointed expert of the Court of Trieste and an expert in compiling appraisal reports for extraordinary capital contributions and mergers.
Samuele De Lazzari
Samuele De Lazzari is Tax Partner in B&P Romania. From 2005 he is responsible for the office of Cluj-Napoca, in Transylvania.
He is specialized in reporting for foreign affiliates, accounting responsibility, balance sheet analysis and tax due diligence. His main areas of practice are international tax law and VAT.
In 1999 Samuele De Lazzari obtained the bachelor Degree of Economics at the University “Ca’ Foscari” of Venice. In 2003 he attained the State Degree in Accountancy and Business Law Advisor ("Dottore Commercialista"). From 2005, he is registered in the Auditor Register (as "Revisore dei Conti"). From 2007 he has the licensure to practice as Chartered Accountant and Auditor also in Romania.
In 2012 he joined the Association of Tax Advisors of Romania.
Samuele has an extensive experience in tax assignments on a broad range of taxation matters, advising domestic and international clients in different industries. His expertise covers VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, cross-border transactions, tax planning.
He attended various specialization courses in International tax law, including a Master in International taxation at the Business School of "Il Sole 24 Ore" in Milan and a High specialization Course in International taxation at “SSEF – MASTERVANONI”, in Venice.

Marco Posocco is currently Accounting Partner within Boscolo & Partners Romania. He joined Boscolo & Partners Romania in 1999 and was appointed Partner in 2005. Marco played a very important role in developing the activity of Boscolo & Partners in Timisoara.
Marco obtained the Bachelor Degree in Economics in 1999 from the University of Trieste, Italy, and has also attended several courses on direct and indirect tax planning (e.g. International tax planning).
Marco has a sound experience in domestic and international corporate tax consultancy assignments as well as in VAT tasks and personal taxation. He is specialized in tax due diligences and in national and international tax planning.
He is a member of the “Italian Chamber of Auditors” and part of the “Organization of Certified Chartered Accountants” since 2003, and of the Romanian's one since 2007.
Camillo Giovannini is starting from 2015 as a Partner in B&P Romania. He joined Boscolo & Partners as Tax Advisor. He is in charge with the Audit procedures of medium size client companies in several industries and different GAAP, both domestic and international. In 2011, he was appointed as Senior Manager in charge of the Audit Department within Boscolo & Partners.
Camillo obtained the Master Degree in “Business Administration, Management and professions” at the University of Ferrara, in Italy. He started improving his tax experience also attending several Grant Thornton courses (Direct Tax, VAT) and focusing his knowledge on VAT cases, also attending courses in major local firms. After few years, he progressively started focusing his skills on audit services, which suddenly became his first priority.
Camillo is a member of the “Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA)”, of CECCAR and CAFR. His expertise covers the audit of several medium size businesses and big size company. He is specialized in auditing of mergers, splitting and winding up. In the last years, he has been also in charge of the audit of consolidated financial statements in local GAAP and IFRS.
